As a fitness instructor I help individuals that are seeking to take the next step in building a Stronger version of themselves; using tools they have on hand, "their own body". I work with students at all fitness levels; the first timer, the comeback, the base level fitness regular, and the student looking to take their fitness to the next level. My goal is for each student to leave the class feeling successful and ready to build a new habit towards a Stronger healthier self; no longer allowing time or progression level to be the I Can't.
