Jen Jackson is a certified personal trainer with NASM, A certified Yoga Teacher, a certified HKC Kettle Bell Instructor, Insanity & PiYo Live Instructor, ICG Matrix iC7 Cycle instructor. Barre and Les Mills Body Pump instructor. She is also a Small Group Fitness Instructor for Kettlebells and runs a weekly Bootcamp program. Jen believes in a diverse range of training techniques, including taking a holistic approach helping create lasting change, giving clients the tools they’ll use for a lifetime of health & wellness.
