Ieva Klimas

Ieva Klimas is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Ieva received her RYT-200 hour teacher training at Richmond Beach Yoga and received her kids yoga teacher certification at Rainbow Kids Yoga.

She is passionate about teaching yoga to athletes. She believes that a consistent yoga practice helps to improve mobility and flexibility, which in turn improves athletic performance.
