I have been enjoying teaching aquafit classes for the for the past 3 years. I enjoy teaching and encouraging others to achieve their fitness goals through fun and challenging classes. I personally love to swim, bike and run and have raced in several marathons and triathlons, including several long distance Ironman courses.
