As a self-employed work-at-home Mom, I was spending way too much time in front of my computer. I came to yoga as a stress relief, a creative outlet. Teaching helps me be part of a community, allows me to connect with others in a positive way. I'm blessed to be able to do so at several gyms and yoga studios in my local communities, and to lead yoga retreats for busy professionals from Washington, DC. I certified in Buti Yoga in 2017 and became a 200 Hour RYT in 2019. I have my Master’s degree from the University of Chicago & Positive Psychology certificate from U Penn. Besides yoga, my passions include downhill skiing, my family and boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
