I am a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for Gold's Gym in Maryland. I have been with the same gyms for 5 years. I teach a variety of class. I teach a circut class, Les Mills formated classes, a muscle scuplt class, Pilates classes and resist a ball classes. I have also done kid's and spinning classes. I am also a Third degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and have been an instructor for 6 years. I was recently promoted to Group Exercise Manager of two gyms.
