I started doing Jazzercise videos at the age of 13 and haven't stopped in over 20 years. I have taught Jazzercise for the past 15 years and Jazzercise itself just celebrated its 50th anniversary. My classes combine hip hop, jazz dance, yoga, pilates, ballet, kickboxing and strength training. We can use balls, weights, tubes or just our bodies to strength train and our DanceMixx class has 45 minutes of dance cardio and 15 minutes of intense strength training. I have 3 children and I love the energy that Jazzercise gives me to be a better mom.
