I live in Frankfort, NY with my husband and daughter. Through my many years of dance experience, a love for music and the arts was ignited, but it wasn’t until recently I found a love for fitness as well. Everyone knows when I’m in the building because you can usually hear me laughing across the gym AND in my classes; I love to have a good time! I hope to inspire others on their journey to healthy living, in whatever way that means for them, with the same support and encouragement that was shown to me when my journey began.
