Michelle is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise specialist based out of Southern California. She specializes in corrective training and nutrition coaching. She began her career as a freelance health coach, and progressed into corporate gyms, group boot camp classes and finally into a private training studio. Michelle is eager to teach proper nutrition and fitness to boost the quality of life in her clients and their loved ones. Aside from a passion for fitness, Michelle also enjoys surfing and skateboarding, and is a singer/songwriter with a love for playing guitar and consistently progressing in the art.
