I’m a 30 year old wife and mother of two in the Atlanta, GA area. I found my passion for yoga when I was pregnant with my first child and began training to become a teacher shortly after the birth of my youngest. I’m extremely personable, and have an ability to read the room I’m teaching. Outside of teaching yoga, I enjoy exploring with my family.
