Im originally from Kansas and have had the opportunity to live in beautiful Montana for the past two years. I love to travel, exercise, read, and complete any DIY or craft project. I have been practicing yoga consistently for 9 years. I love sharing my passion for yoga with others, and watching where an individual’s yoga journey takes them.
