With many years of experience, I'm able to train and educate on all aspects of fitness. Many young men my age will tell you that when they were growing up, basketball was their number one priority. It was more than just a hobby or an excuse to hang out with friends, it was a lifestyle. I was lucky enough to play basketball in college. Being an athlete, fitness was always a part of life but it wasn't until I tore my ACL in early 2013 that I realized how important fitness really is- not just to me but to others as well. I strive to help you meet your goals and aspirations of becoming a better, stronger version of yourself.
