Hi, my name is Michelle. To me, exercise is an important, meaningful part of daily living. Although our schedules are busy, I believe exercise should be incorporated to become routine. I am an ardent supporter that exercise can prevent health problems and improve quality of life, and I look forward to helping everyone achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.

My love of health started at an early age, I always dreamed of being a doctor and helping others. I attended medical school and received my degree in applied of science/paramedic. As time passed, watching people suffer from strokes and high blood pressure for example, I then realized I wanted to be on the other side of health to help others prevent and spread the word of a healthy lifestyle. Since then I changed my life of living and nutrition, got inspired and motivated and become a personal trainer to make a difference and help others change their lifestyles. I have been training for 3 years working with a wide variety of clients and backgrounds. I have such a passion for health, nutrition and fitness, I love what I do and I am ready to help someone new change their life today.
