I am a dedicated yoga instructor with a deep passion for wellness and holistic health. Over the years, I've accumulated an impressive 800 hours of teacher training, which has provided me with a solid foundation in various yoga disciplines and methodologies. My journey in teaching yoga spans more than 10,000 hours, during which I've had the privilege of guiding countless students toward physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
A couple of years ago, I expanded my horizons by incorporating fitness into my repertoire. This addition has not only diversified my skills but also enriched my understanding of the body's capabilities and the importance of balanced training. Now, I am equally passionate about fitness and have been sharing this enthusiasm with my students, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals through a blend of yoga and functional training.
My approach is holistic, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Whether through the calming flow of a yoga sequence or the invigorating challenge of a fitness routine, I aim to inspire and empower my students to lead healthier, more balanced lives.
