Kellie Hundemer

Kellie Hundemer was born and raised in Kansas. She received a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Washburn University and later a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. Kellie enjoys spending time with her husband, watching scary movies, kayaking, road cycling, and loving on her pets.

Her advice  “Don’t put a time limit on anything, you can accomplish your goals at your own pace. Don’t compare yourself to others.”
