Hi! My name is Jennifer Middaugh. I am a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I teach a wide range of fitness classes including bootcamp, hiit, muscle conditioning formats, mobility, kickboxing, cycle, aquafit, TRX and kettlebell. As a personal trainer my passions are helping clients improve their mobility and functionality of their bodies, as well as develop strength through weight training and calisthenics.
In my downtime I am a mom of three. I enjoy being active with my kids and getting out in nature.
