Brett Kammer

Brett is a hardworking, day brightening, jack of all trades! He grew up playing football and wrestling. He received a scholarship to Norwich University where he played football for 2 years until he suffered a career ending injury. He spent 15 years working in the telecommunications industry climbing towers, until he worked his way up to supervisor. He worked long hours and spent weeks traveling out on the road but that was never an excuse for him to miss a day at the gym! No matter what happened Brett always put his fitness on the top of his priority list. When he had free time, he would mentor younger kids at his gym and provide guidance on safe and effective workout routines. Brett was their role model! If there is something that Brett does not know how to do- he will find a way to teach himself and learn how to do it! If he is not working out or training clients you can find him making improvements to the fitness studio to provide clients with the best atmosphere.
