Fitness has been a part of Suzie's life since her early twenties. She taught aerobics classes in the 80s, was an avid runner and cyclist and discovered water fitness after sustaining an injury in her forties. Currently, she is certified to teach water aerobics in both deep and shallow pools to partipants of a wide age spectrum. Suzie has certifications to teach silver sneakers participants and those suffering from arthritis, in addition to certifications to teach high cardio classes, to include TKO/kickboxing, as well as slow and easy classes, such as aquatic yoga and classes certified by the Arthritis Foundation. Suzie is most at home in the water. She credits water exercise as a lifesaver and is eager and motivated to share her knowledge of body and water with others craving a similar unity.
