I am a mom to 5 amazing children. Two of my children are in college, one is a United States Marine, one is married and starting a family, and one in elementary school. My passion has always been working with children, so I became a teacher. I started to notice a trend of anxiety and stress in children today, so I went on to get my kids yoga certification. My love for practicing yoga pushed me to do my 200 RYT. I have great balance in my life and a wonderful support system.
