Diane Gross

Hi, My name is Diane Gross and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher 500HR.  I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2006.  I was first drawn to yoga for the physical  benefits. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and enjoy preventing oral disease in the patients I treat. A career in Dental Hygiene can play havoc on the body and a yoga practice counteracts that tremendously.  After practicing yoga regularly, I discovered the mental and emotional support a yoga practice has to offer.  This discovery lead me to sign up for a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2018.  After teaching for several years, I was again wanting more information for myself and to share with my students.  That desire lead me to complete the remaining 300HR training to obtain my 500HR Yoga Teacher Certification.   I enjoy sharing my love of yoga with others. It is so enjoyable to watch my students at the studio grow in their yoga practice over the years. When I teach at the resorts, the students are so grateful for the experience which adds to an already wonderful opportunity.
