I am a registered nurse by day and aerial fitness instructor by night :)
I got into aerial yoga 4 years ago and fell in love with it. I remember leaving class feeling mellow, centered, and at peace. My yoga instructor would guide me through floating meditation that would help me completely clear my mind, and during that time, that was something I desperately needed. I decided that was such a wonderful feeling, that I wanted to someday give back and also be able to provide those same feelings of balance and peace to my own group of students. After a few years of practicing I enrolled in the Aerial Yoga Instructor Program, completed my 50 hours, and became certified. I was previously a girls gymnastics coach (ages 3-14), so I was able to build off of my knowledge of strength training, discipline, and stretching to create classes that cater to kids and adults of all levels.
Today my passion is being able to help people. I love that I can help people medically through nursing, and holistically through aerial yoga and meditation.
