Hi! I'm Jessica, a personal trainer. This is my first year as a personal trainer and I am certified with AFAA. Currently I am in my last year of physical therapy school. I am excited to personal train and treat clients. Helping people is my passion. I grew up doing dance, gymnastics, and Tae Kwon Do. Now I weight lift and run for exercise.
