Rebecca has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and Pilates plus strength training for 3 years.
She has completed 2-200 hour trainings with both the Nosara Yoga Institute and CorePower Yoga. She has also completed continuing education in Yoga Sculpt, Pranasage, Pilates, Lagree, barbell coaching and meditation training.
She has over 2,000 hours teaching experience with CorePower Yoga and over 250 strength training hours with MECHA Fitness which she owns exclusively.
She loves to help students find the balance between effort and ease in her classes. Always creative and challenging, Rebecca’s classes leave her students feeling worked, calm and balanced.
