Valerie Pulh

One thing you need to know about me is that as far as I can remember, I have always enjoyed sports and trying different activities. Funnily enough, Yoga had never been one of them! I will never forget the opportunity that was given to me in 2012 when yoga classes were part of a wellness program offered at my work place. This experience shattered all the preconceptions I had about Yoga and was purely transformative for me. I had an inspiring Vinyasa yoga instructor and would not miss any of her classes. I sought other vinyasa classes as twice a week was rapidly not enough for me. Eventually, and after many years of being encouraged by my teacher, I applied for a 200hr teacher training with a teacher she personally recommended. I have not looked back since!

I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone! I personally can still distinctly remember not being able to touch my toes and struggling to make my body cooperate in the ways that I wanted it to. Every moment you spend on your mat, you notice a change –physical at first but then it just permeates your entire life, in an amazing way. My main motivation is to share my love of yoga and life on the mat with as many people as possible.

Aside from teaching Vinyasa Yoga, I enjoy spending time outdoors and being surrounded with friends and family. I like water sports, am passionate about flying trapeze with Creactive at Club Med and have a passion for travel. Last but not least, I enjoy eating and cooking delicious food!
