Marie Senno

I have been teaching fitness for 16 years . I am AFFA certified as well as many other certifications.  I have a dance background , including training at the prestigious Alvin Alley dance school in New York . My husband and I recently moved to Cape cod year round. I spend my time painting and gardening when I am not taking classes or teaching . Healthy eating and exercise is my way of life . I like to keep my classes high energy, time efficient workouts that can be modified for multiple levels . " Hard work pays off but you have to have some fun along the way.
