As a Medical Exercise Specialist, Certified Trainer, yoga Instructor and Fitness Coach and Group Fitness Instructor, I have been involved in the fitness Industry over 25 years.   I specialize in unique and individualized program designs for my clients which include endurance training, multi-sport training and functional training (incorporating multiple muscle groups at once), in conjunction with cardiovascular maintenance and balance work. I center on one-on-one instruction for weight loss, functional training, core strengthening, general and athletic weight training and agility, Older Adults and Special Populations exercise programming, rehabilitation, Core Integration Training, Mat/Reformer Pilates, Trauma Informed Yoga, Pre/post Natal Fitness, Fitness Kick boxing, and one of my favorites, Indoor Cycling Sessions (spinning). If burning fat is your goal, I know that I will both encourage and challenge clients to be their best and give 100% effort into burning fat by applying Tabata Interval Protocol or Metabolic H.I.I.T Training for maximum results and find the most successful mode that motivates each individual to obtain maximum results! 

When I away from the gym I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends! My favorite hobbies include the outdoors, vegetable and flower gardening, fishing, boating, hiking with my pup and back yard BBQs.  I look forward to getting to know you and add a little fitness fun to your travels abroad!
