- Gina Price
Gina first began her journey to yoga about 15 years ago when she took her first yoga class and was amazed at how great she felt afterwards! Gina practiced yoga for about 2 1/2 years before deciding to become a certified yoga instructor. It was truly the best decision she had ever made. Not only was the teacher certification a beautiful journey of self discovery and personal transformation but it also opened the door to a whole new circuit of people who enriched her life so much more than she ever imagined. Gina is a certified Vinyasa flow yoga instructor. Gina is a 200 hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. Gina is also a certified children’s Yoga Instructor and has taught mommy and me classes, children ranging in age from 2 to 10. Gina has worked with Girl Scouts of America and taught weekly programs for them. Working with children has also been very rewarding for Gina through her classes for children with Autism and children on the spectrum. Nothing gives her more pleasure than knowing her work has helped someone on and off the mat. Gina’s classes have Yoga influences from Iyengar and ashtanga practices. Gina teaches classes that are well rounded and open level classes to cater to beginner through advanced practitioners. There are modifications throughout the class so that all of the students feel welcome and comfortable whether it’s their first time at yoga or they’ve been practicing for years. Gina’s classes can be physically challenging and yet breathe peace and calmness into each student having them leave the class feeling revitalized and rejuvenated.
