I have been teaching yoga for over a decade to a wide variety of people - from after school programs in elementary school to chair yoga in senior homes. I am currently teaching classes at 2 gyms, one therapist office, one after school program, one corporation, one senior home, and two studios.
I am most passionate about bringing yoga to women and couples. In addition to regular classes, I love offering workshops and retreats for women. I have also offered many partner yoga practices.
In my classes I also incorporate nutrition, emotional well-being, essential oils, dance, healing touch and more.
Yoga and wellness have been my full time occupation for the last 4 years and I am looking forward to expanding and being part of your team too.
