I attempt to add as much variety in an exercise program and instill the idea that exercise is recreation and a great social outlet. Exercise must be fun, which in turn helps clients motivate themselves. Personal Motivations to Exercise: I have a passion regarding health and fitness. I exercise to be healthy and to better meet the challenges of daily living. I exercise to maintain health and vitality throughout life. I have found exercises that I truly enjoy. Exercise Philosophy: Exercise is important for many reasons such as stress relief, weight control, muscular strength and endurance, cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility, performance enhancement, and for over all well being. More importantly, I believe that people need to enjoy the activity. What ever mode an individual wants to pursue, it is key that they get some kind of satisfaction from the activity itself.
