Hi my name is rachel and I'm a yoga teacher. I like to teach Hatha and vinyasa flow yoga. My classes are all about releasing tension held in the body and mind. I like to build people’s self confidence, improve there health and fitness levels and make them more calm, focused and positive. I like to spread the message that yoga is for EVERY BODY!! Everyone can do yoga and I make sure to creat class plans that are perfect for all different abilities. I want everyone to leave my class feeling refreshed, positive, confident and good about themselves.
