I am a certified personal trainer and I am passionate about helping people to achieve their fitness goals, feel great, and at the same time have fun. I have lots of energy and get really excited when people feel good about themselves and what they are truly capable of achieving.
In my twenties, I was overweight and didn’t like my body. I tried every single diet on earth, without any long lasting results. By doing cardio exercises, resistance training, eating properly, and drinking lots of water; I was able to lose weight, feel better, and have more confidence.
After several career transitions, I decided to become a personal trainer so that I can guide people and help them to live a healthy, active lifestyle, to stay fit, and enjoy life to the fullest.
I am almost fifty and I’m in the best shape of my life. I practice what I preach as I help my clients achieve their fitness goals!
