Elizabeth "Lyon" Lieberman

Greetings from Liz Lyon. I am a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. Also, continued my education with NASM and finished their degree program affiliated with CalUPenn receiving a BS in Sport Management with an emphasis on fitness and wellness.

I started a mobile personal training and sports medicine company in 2005 and have been changing lives ever since. Lion Fit services the North County San Diego area. I focus mainly on injury prevention but have also worked with clients in all arenas. I even started a group fitness class called “Body Shop” 

At the moment I am studying for a Golf Fitness Specialization Cerification and after that plan on completing a Youth Exercise Specialization Certification. 

I have stellar education, coupled with years of experience in the health and fitness field and most of all, a passion for healthy living and exercise. 

In addition to sports medicine, I started my own fitness apparel line for women called Lion Fit Co.
