Biography
Hello, my name is Tiffany and I am an ACE (American Council of Exercise) certified personal trainer and a certified 220 hr yoga instructor. I teach a variety of Yoga styles including Meditation, Breathwork, Restorative, Yin, Traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. I provide individual and group personal training, resistance training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), athletic stretching, kickboxing and cardio kickboxing classes. I have always had a passion for fitness, and have enjoyed participating in many athletic sports throughout my life. It is hard to choose but a few my favourite fitness activities are kickboxing, snowboarding, yoga, resistance training and everything from leisure to extreme outdoor activities in general. My specialties are building trust and rapport with clients of any level and building custom resistance training and yoga programs to help them reach their fitness goals or to help them naturally heal discomfort in their bodies. I work with clients of all ages, levels of experience and styles of training. My goal is to educate, motivate and inspire those who are hoping to improving daily active living, weight loss, strength, flexibility, health and nutrition. I believe that health and fitness are not only about the physical body, but also about the breath, spirit and mind.
