51 years young, qualified as a L2 Fitness Instructor and L3 Personal Trainer.
Also a qualified Yoga Instructor having fallen in love with yoga in my early 20s. Started teaching in January 2018.
I discovered health and fitness at the age of 16 when I started jogging and attending aerobics classes. I was a gym member for many years and played badminton for recreation. Over the years I've also participated in Kick-boxing and Tae-kwando. I love trying new activities.
However life got in the way and physical activity stopped for a number of years. I am a single parent of a beautiful 25 year old daughter, who also now loves fitness and is a qualified Personal Trainer.
I decided to take a career break in 2017 and re-ignited my love for health and fitness. I rejoined the gym, started teaching yoga, and became a Fitness Instructor. I recently trained in Strong by Zumba and am a certified Trainer.
