I'm a Group Fitness Instructor with 12 years experience in the Canadian Fitness Industry.
I currently specialize in foundational Yoga classes and group "boot camp" style classes for all ages.
I have also led large teams of Group Fitness Instructors as a manager of programming and have experience in training and development of Group Fitness Instructor skills.
As a Life and Confidence Coach for women, I also have an approach to fitness that is non-judgemental, welcoming, encouraging, and accepting of all different sizes and levels.
