Carissa Bronson

Hello!! 

My name is Carissa and I have been in the world of fitness for over 9 years actively teaching, training, and helping to change the lives of others. It is my passion to help others achieve and grab hold of their health. I reside in the cold tundra of Minnesota with my husband and our two sons. We stay as active as we can, even in the blizzards!!! HA! We love to go boating, four-wheeling, hiking, swimming, and play volleyball in the summer months. I absolutely love to travel and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. If I'm not at work you can find me at the gym lifting weights, teaching a class, or in the kitchen cooking!
