Specialties:
I specialize in Personal Training and Resistance Training for weight loss, toning, and general health. I work with people of all ages and abilities through the use of proper exercise progressions. How do I motivate clients? True motivation comes from within. I attempt to add as much variety in an exercise program and instill the idea that exercise is recreation and a great social outlet. Exercise must be fun, which in turn helps clients motivate themselves.

Personal Motivations to Exercise:
I have a passion regarding health and fitness. I exercise to be healthy and to better meet the challenges of daily living. I exercise to maintain health and vitality throughout life. I have found exercises that I truly enjoy. I love the feeling of a strong body. Lastly I am the owner of two health clubs and I had better fit the part.

Current Fitness Regimen:
I do a mix of cardio-vascular and resistance training. I currently strength train 3-4 days per week and cardio 3-4.

Exercise Philosophy:
Exercise is important for many reasons such as stress relief, weight control, muscular strength and endurance, cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility, performance enhancement, and for over all well being. More importantly, I believe that people need to enjoy the activity. What ever mode an individual wants to pursue, it is key that they get some kind of satisfaction from the activity itself.

Why I Decided to Own Health Clubs (Preferred Fitness):
I have always been dedicated to improving the lives of my clients through innovative and appropriate health and fitness initiatives. My number one goal is always getting the clients to reach their goals. When I opened my health club Preferred Fitness, I created our motto-“We Want Preferred Fitness to Be the Best Part of Your Day”. The above statement is not only our motto but the reason for starting our fitness business. Our previous Personal Training business, Competitive Edge, has been able to serve and makes a positive impact on many lives in a one-on-one personal and group training environment, but we wanted to create an environment that would have a broader impact on more people in the community on so we decided to open a health club. We believe we are the better way to offer a fitness experience. We are the first truly lifestyle enhancement focused fitness center.
