I am the owner of Drop Anchor Yoga and Meditation, which specializes in delivering trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation to those recovering from an acquired brain injury and PTSD. I am RYT-200 certified and recognized by Canadian Yoga Alliance. I am also Love-Your-Brain certified. I am trained in Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. I hold a B.A. Honors in Biology & Psychology and have been practicing meditation, mindfulness and yoga for over 30 years, as a result of my introduction to mindfulness and A Course in Miracles as a child.
