Monica Mallory

Hi! My name is Monica Mallory and I have an absolute passion for group fitness.  Teaching it, taking it, talking about it and encouraging it! I am a believer that fitness should be hard but also fun and that we excel together.  BETTER together.  I've been instructing group fitness for just shy of 6 years and took group classes for 10 years prior to teaching.  I have built a family of people at two different gyms I belong to and can humbly say that I pride myself on being one of the most welcoming and accepting instructors I know.  I teach HIIT classes and weight lifting classes that can accommodate any age, strength, and style.  My personal goal for each class is this.....NO matter how my attendee's walked through the doors, they are there b/c the needed the camaraderie/support of those around them, and my wish for them is to feel better mentally, emotionally, and physically when they walk OUT of the doors than they did when they walked in.  Its that simple.  I encourage in a loving and uplifting way with some humor!  I mainly teach early morning classes so at 6:00 am....you need some humor!  I promise your guest would happy they made time for one of my classes during their stay.
