I am a certified personal trainer who is very enthusiastic and passionate about helping my clients. I currently own and operate a small fitness studio that offers group training classes including boot-camp style, HIIT, EMOM, AMRAP, Kettlebells, and Spin. I teach approximately 10-14 classes per week. I also have an online fitness community where I provide 3 full body workouts per week to my client. I also hold my Precision Nutrition Level 1 coaching and have a coaching business both on-line or in person. I absolutely love all things fitness and work hard to ensure my clients are meeting their short and long term fitness goals as well as improving their overall health and well-being.
