Chelsea Reed

My name is Chelsea Reed. I have a passion for fitness, and have been teaching classes for over 10 years.  I began with some strength training classes, and have evolved significantly over the years.  I have taught step, kickboxing, boot camp, TRX, Barre, Piyo (Pilates/Yoga), dance fitness, strength training, senior fitness, and Insanity.  I currently teach at a local gym, and also Kent State University.  At Kent I teach classes in the Physical Activity, Wellness, and Sport department. I currently teach Barre, Insanity, Kickboxing, and Piyo.
