Christa is a former collegiate field hockey and track and field athlete. She has her Master’s in Exercise Physiology and has experience teaching Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Exercise Testing and Prescription at the university level as well as performing exercise testing and prescription for college athletes. She spent 3 years working in health education focusing on improving health at the community level before she became a Certified Personal Trainer. Since then she has worked in both large gym and boutique gym settings as a trainer and manager. She uses her experience working with behavior change at the community level to help her clients choose wellness for themselves everyday. She focuses on core stability and strength, functional strength, goal setting, and nutrition counseling. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and holds other certifications from respected organizations in her field.
