Amy Mundy, RYT-200 started practicing yoga over 10 years ago looking for something to help with stress reduction.   Yoga has been big part of her life ever since.   In 2019, she obtained her teaching certification from Glenmore Yoga and Wellness where she learned how to teach yoga using a therapeutic approach.  Amy believes strongly in both physical and emotional benefits of yoga and can’t wait to share it with others.  Her classes include a mix of stretching, strengthening, balancing, intentional breathing, and deep relaxation and are suitable for beginners.
