Lymaris Serrano

Lymaris is the Area Promotions Director and Presenter for the Spanish speaking countries. Her passion for fitness started in 1996 in Puerto Rico where she was born and raised. She joined the En Forma Tropical™ team, who featured various Spanish fitness videos. You can find her featured in the Koki-yo-chi and ¡Ven a Bailar! videos. Currently Lymaris lives in the Rochester, NY area with her husband and daugther where she teaches Turbo Kick and PiYo at the Rochester Athletic Club.
