In 1994 I began my fitness journey as a Jazzercise student and fell in love with the whole dance fitness genre. After losing close to 50 lbs through proper diet and exercise, I was recruited by my Jazzercise instructor to attend a screening for workshop trainees. After three and a half years in the franchise world, I opted to move on to other venues and am now teaching Zumba, Yoga and various other class types, four to six times a week at the East End YMCA in Madison Ohio. Group fitness is my passion, I love the connection I have with my students and the satisfaction of helping them achieve their fitness goals.
