I am a yoga teacher, a student of life and a lover of our Earth. I am here to influence and guide the next generation on our planet through clarity, love and compassion. I am a reliable and goal oriented team player. I love to travel and connect with Mother Nature. After completing my 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Ahimsa Yoga Toronto, I was filled with the passion and drive to pursue my dream of teaching yoga. I pride myself on my knowledge of anatomy and my ability to create a strong relationship with my students. My skills include curating playlists, mindful cueing and posture assistance.
