Heather Carota

I am a fitness enthusiast to the max. 3 1/2 years ago I purchased a small gym in Lawrenceburg, Indiana known as Meador's Gym. I also am a licensed massage therapist and currently work as a massage therapist and exercise physiologist at Chiropractic Associates in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Currently I also instruct a number of group fitness classes at The Dearborn Adult Center-also in Lawrenceburg. I have an awesome husband a 2-year old Daughter Sophia and a soon-to-be born daughter, Daphne, sometime in the next 3 weeks (we hope). I cannot forget to mention the other member of our family -the best little mutt ever-Dot.
