ABOUT ME
Everyday, my teaching of yoga changes, depending on my experiences, training, workshops attended and personal practice. Right now, my non-performance approach is based on alignment, with respect of body differences and limitations. With clear and precise teaching, I guide students in their asana, my profound voice helps keep a relaxed, calming atmosphere. I like to share yogic philosophy and integrated meditation with simplicity, keeping a constant reminder on the breath. My classes are taught with lightness, humility and humor.

INTERESTS
For my happiness, a balanced lifestyle is a priority. My practice of yoga and meditation are regular, I have adapted a healthy and natural nutrition, and change the world one step at the time adopting Eco responsible habits and choices. I love playing outdoors, hiking, camping and all water sports. Traveling for adventure fills my soul. I enjoy gardening and cultivating medicinal herbs. I have a large interest in any alternative medicine that allows you to heal and perhaps treat. In the winter time, I enjoy sliding on my skates or skis, cooking comforting meals or using my knowledge in French pastry to prepare delicious desserts!
