Caron Rodman

Fitness and sports have been an integral part of my life since childhood. As a dancer, tennis and softball player, I kept always kept active. I chose to make a career of my passion my third year of college with the move toward a kinesiology degree (the study of body movement). I am driven, energetic, and love to get my participants feeling the burn while enjoying themselves. Not only do those involved in my classes look better than when they started but they FEEL better too!
