Shannon Sabol

I have been practicing yoga for over 14 years and teaching for over 11. For me, yoga is a practice in paying attention, and a way to artfully notice the world within me and around me. This ancient practice helps me live a more grounded, peaceful, mindful, and graceful life. I think the biggest gift of all is my ability to be BRAVE, and move through life‘s uncertainties with a strong back and an open heart. Sharing the gift of yoga is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.  I teach mostly vinyasa yoga, but also slow flow, restorative, postnatal/prenatal and kids yoga.  I have a passion for connecting with others, and holding space for them to dive deep into themselves.

Beside teaching yoga, I also am a Holistic Health Coach, and help people reach their health and wellness goals.  I have integrated my skills and passions, and created Grateful Life Health Coaching + Yoga.  As a health advocate and wellness guide, I help bring more awareness into people's lives.  I offer education and support in the areas where clients may feel imbalanced, and empower them to create the life they want. Together we go beyond the plate (food) and look at all areas their life that need nourishment.  I help widen their perspective of health, and encourage them to redefine what “healthy living” looks and feels like.
